Return Policy
The following Return Policy is applicable to online orders of Malaysia:
- Return of delivery order must be requested within 20 days of purchase; return of store pickup order must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if any) intact. Any coupons or free items accompanied with the purchase must also be returned in original condition upon return.
- Panties, bodysuit, socks, swimwear, hat, nipple cover, sticky bra, bra accessories, skin care, cosmetic, perfume, accessories or free items are not available for return or refund.

How to Return
- If you are a member, please submit your return application on the 6IXTY8IGHT official website by logging in, going to the “My Account” page, selecting your order under “Online Orders”, and clicking “Return Item” to fill in the Return Application form. If you have more than one item to return in the same order, please fill in on the same form and submit once only.
- If your order was checked out as a guest, all you have to do is email your return request with the details below to eshopmy@6ixty8ight.com

- Once the store confirmed the receipt of the returned item(s), refund will be arranged through your original payment method within 7 working days.
